Tim nasional (timnas) Indonesia U-19 hanya melakukan sesi latihan ringan di Hotel Olympic, Yangon, Jumat (8/9) petang. Untuk para pemain yang tidak bermain pada laga melawan Filipina, Kamis (7/9) malam, diberikan latihan tambahan bersama pelatih fisik Nursaelan.
Sementara bagi pemain yang bermain, hanya mengikuti hingga sesi stretching dan skipping. Rachmat Irianto dan kawan-kawan pun terlihat rileks dalam menjalani sesi latihan tersebut.
Tak jarang, canda tawa mengiringi latihan tim Garuda Nusantara itu. Latihan pun ditutup dengan membuat video ucapan terima kasih kepada ketua umum PSSI Letnan Jenderal TNI Edy Rahmayadi.
